1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services within:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – All Emirates covered

  • International Shipping – Available to select countries (coming soon)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

Within UAE:

Standard Delivery 1–2 Business Days FREE on all orders
Same-Day Delivery Available in Dubai only AED 20 (on orders before 12 PM)

Note: Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are working to offer international shipping shortly. When available:

  • Charges and delivery timelines will vary by destination.

  • Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s portal or contact our support for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Damaged or missing items

  • Incorrect address submitted

7. Change of Delivery Address

Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible to request any updates.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

We will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
