Return Window

  • You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify and confirm the return within 7 days.

Return Conditions

  • The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with complete packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or returned without full packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Charges

  • Free return shipping is available on all eligible returns within the UAE.

  • Kompac ITs will arrange the return shipping via our logistics partner after your request is approved.
